Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy: To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. Your event date is not reserved until the retainer has been received and a signed agreement is in place. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to the event date. For bookings made within 3 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are final once the event has been confirmed. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans may change. Clients may request to reschedule their event one time, provided that: -The request is made at least 14 days prior to the original event date -The new date is within 90 days of the original booking -The requested date is available Retainers may be transferred to the new date under these conditions. Additional fees may apply if there are changes to the scope of services. Late Payment & Changes: Failure to submit the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund of the retainer. Any changes to services, event details, or add-ons must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event and are subject to availability. (Event Requirements) Clients are responsible for: Providing adequate space and safe setup conditions Access to power (if required for services) Timely access to the venue for setup and breakdown Delays caused by venue restrictions or late access may impact service time and are not eligible for refunds. Additional Terms: LNC52 Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe or violate agreed terms. Every effort will be made to deliver services as agreed; however, unforeseen circumstances may require reasonable adjustments. By submitting our form, you agree to our booking terms, including a non-refundable retainer to secure your date, final payment due prior to the event, and our cancellation and rescheduling policies.
